Makeup Tips For Brown Eyes

!±8± Makeup Tips For Brown Eyes

While I don't believe that there are set-in-stone makeup tips for brown eyes, I do know some people like to have a set of "rules" to help them out. This article is going to cover some very basic steps that women with brown eyes can follow. Keep in mind that variety is the spice of life, and if you really like a color there is no reason why you shouldn't try it out. You may be surprised at how good it looks on you. In my experience, experimenting is all the fun. So, remember these are merely guidelines to help you choose colors when you're standing there in front of 300 colors and have no idea where to start. Just because I don't mention anything about a certain color does not automatically exclude it from the list.

Choosing An Eyeshadow

The most popular question I get is "what eyeshadow can I wear with my eye color?" Listen up, and I'll tell you.

General makeup tips for brown eyes always include browns, beige and neutral tans. Grays and charcoals look good with this eye color, as do violet and lavender. You can mix it up with a lavendar and a violet.

Khaki and olive green are a great color combination. Browns with green highlights or copper highlights are always a fun option. Try copper and even gold. If your eyes have a tinge of green, or like mine are half green, choose green eyeshadows as well.

You'll find that even though you've heard that you should never wear an eyeshadow the same color as your eyes, that brown shadow can look very good with brown eyes and green shadow can look very good with green eyes. Sometimes it's a matter of finding the "right" shade. Brown eyeshadows are all pretty safe, so you don't have to worry too much about those. Colors like purple, green and blue require a bit more testing.

Black is out, so don't use it as an eyeshadow.

Keep trying until you find a color you like. You'll know when it's right- trust your instincts.

Colors To Avoid

Like I said, I hate to rule anything out, but makeup tips for brown eyes should include that certain pink and mauve eyeshadows can cause you to look swollen or puffy around your eyes. It isn't true for all women or for all pinks, either. But if you're certain you don't want to risk it, avoid pinks. Mauves also fall into this category. It may be because women with brown eyes tend to have more yellow skintones making them warm complexioned and pinks and mauves are definitely cool colors. The blue in the pinks can react with the yellow of the skin producing an unattractive feature.

And while it isn't specifically makeup tips for brown eyes, you may want to avoid blue eyeshadow too. There's the misconception that blue eyeshadow is "out", but like I said, it really depends on who's wearing it. Playing it safe would include skipping this color.

Silvers are not a good color for brown eyes. They tend to cause a "washed out" look. Leave silver for blue eyes.

Eyeliner Colors

And now for the eyeliner colors. Brown eyes always should include dark brown and black eyeliner. These are very good choices for this eye color. Don't line your black liner too thick, though. That's passé. Racoon eyes are a big no-no.

If you're trying to open small eyes, line with silver or white, especially the first third from the inside corner of your eyelid. Then finish with a dark brown.

Navy, forest green, violet and copper are also great eyeliner choices. Play around with the different colors and pick the ones you like best.

How to Submit Digital Pictures for Magazine Publication

!±8± How to Submit Digital Pictures for Magazine Publication

Most magazines now accept digital images. The question is will they accept mine!

I won't answer that question I'll leave that to you to answer once you have finished reading this article.

It's only just recently that magazines have decided to accept digital images this is due to the image quality of early digital camera were not man enough for the job i.e. did not produce images with enough resolution and level of detail to reproduce well in magazines. Most Picture Editors on magazines prefer either slides or prints as this is mainly at present habit but is currently changing due to more professional photographers using digital cameras. A good reason your images may not be accepted is if you supply your images already printed, it's OK to do this for your Granny, family or friends it's a no no when submitting to a publication. Why, have a close look at your printed image the picture is made up of tiny dots and lines. When scanned by the repro department they have to blur your image to try to get rid of these dots and lines otherwise your image has a moiré effect so you end up with an image that looks bad. Your best option is to supply your images to the magazine on CD-ROMs again don't use cheap ones they go wrong! You can get approx. 31 images onto a CD of 700mbs if each image is 22mbs in size.

Increase the resolution.

Digital photography and getting your pictures into print is supplying an image to the correct pixel size and resolution in a format that can be easily opened by another computers operating systems. What does that mean, well not everyone uses Microsoft Windows many publishers use Apple Macs some even use Linux if your image can't be viewed IT WILL NOT BE USED!
Many magazines now included brief information on submitting digital photographs in the content section. Have a look at http://www.photographymonthly.com/reqs_details.cfm. To see how to submit images to Photography Monthly. If in doubt, ask. Did you notice they want your image resolution at 300dpi, your camera only takes a picture at 72dpi, how do I know what size my image needs to be at 300dpi. Help is at hand here's a link to a little tool, which will help with image sizes, pixels, colour depth and file size.

http://www.searchhuts.co.uk/portal/version/cpi.asp it free. Its called Commercial Printing Information, there does not seem to be anything thing like this software anywhere else on the internet! Using this software to see what size your image can go to and then you can resize your image accordingly in your normal photo editing software.

Size matters!

The pictures pixel dimensions can be read with the above tool so dimensions of say 3200x2400pixels we would be looking for a file size of about 21mbs this would be OK for a full page. The above program can help you decide what size your image will be OK up to.

Why JPG?

Another problem magazine picture editors come up against is images supplied in a unusual format. To save problems later ALWAYS save images in JPG format. JPG format is optimised for compressing full-colour or grey-scale photographic-type digital images. The reason for using this format is that any computer system can open JPG images. Remember, not everybody uses Microsoft's Windows, many magazine publishers' use Apple Macs and some people are using Linux systems. Regardless of the system used all will read JPEG files.

Submitting work.

When submitting work remember to include your name & address with a brief synopsis of what is on the CD together with a high quality printout of your images and the file names of the images, this can be easily done in PhotoShop by going to File > Automate > contact sheet. Find the folder your images are in pick your paper size and number of images on each sheet of paper. Please remember someone has to look at these images so small images get a thumbs down as does too many. Don't forget to stick a DO NOT BEND label on the envelope as CDs don't like being bent.

New words we have learnt

Moiré effect - A moiré pattern is the combination of two or more patterns viewed at the same time.

DPI stands for dots per inch and is used with resolution
JPG or JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group is the name of the committee that designed the photographic image-compression standard.

Do's and Don'ts of submitting your Digital Pictures

Do's

Do Make sure your images are to the correct pixel size and resolution.

Do Make sure you send a contact sheet of the images on the CD together with file names.

Do save in JPG format.

Do clearly name image files on CD-ROM.

Do use high quality ink and photo paper for contact sheets.

Do turn off time/date stamp, as it's difficult to remove and takes time.

Do enclose return postage if you require your bits back

Do e-mail if you are unsure of what is required or how files should be submitted

Don't

Don't e-mail huge unsolicited images

Don't over sharpen images

Don't send hundreds of images - be selective, send only pictures to do with that publication (*see below).

Don't send pictures of different subject matter unless requested

Don't use cheap blank CD-ROM's, paper or ink.

Don't send expensive storage media i.e. the card from your camera

Don't use long file names remember, not everybody uses Microsoft's Windows.

Don't use 3rd party software on your CD's to try to display your images when viewed.

*If the magazine is say an aircraft magazine don't send irrelevant images of an say landscapes, animals etc... Stick to the magazine subject.

Many Cute Beautiful Girls From London Town

!±8± Many Cute Beautiful Girls From London Town

With all the feminism floating around today and the fact that many of our modern day ladies are becoming more like men than men are, I hope I'll not be upsetting anyone when I still use a word like 'cute' when referring so what I still see as the fairer sex.

When we first moved to London, England, we quickly got acquainted with some of the central bars, restaurants, and night clubs, and one of the first things we noticed was the sheer abundance of really cute girls.

Now this was certainly a contrast to the sleepy Suffolk market town we'd just left behind us. We were brought up in rough farming country, raised in a place where it's difficult to tell the difference between the animals and mankind. I don't wish to sound cruel but many of the local lasses had faces that resembled British bull dogs chewing feisty wasps. Us good looking local lads were definitely not spoilt for choice in those parts, that's for sure!

Getting back to London, or the Smoke as the locals call it, it appears to be a place where the women take great pride in their appearance. There are no filthy fingernails or tuffs of stubborn hair sprouting out from the delicate armpits of these city cuties. It would be impossible to mistake the cute girls of London for a farmer's scarecrow in this town. Not so back home, where we'd often sit on a cattle gate and play spot-the-difference with the farmer's wives.

Another obvious difference with the women here is that the London lasses look so much cleaner. Well actually, they are so much cleaner, never mind look it. They generally come across as more girly too. I like that in a woman. Yes, London is definitely a place where cute girls are not in any short supply.

There are so many butch and haggard looking girls in modern day society. They often give off stern looks and steely glances to any man who dares to make eye contact with them. I have to write that it has been an absolute pleasure to find a place on earth that still treasures its cute girls.

So what makes a cute girl cute? Well, I think a dictionary definition would probably show results like delightfully pretty or dainty, or perhaps angelic in appearance, soft and gentle in nature. Perhaps cute means someone who giggles and looks upwards with a coy glance. Oh yeah, and cute definitely means playful in my book. Yep, give me cute girls over the hard faced, masculine, gum chewing, tattoo bearing, pint swigging, chain smoking, phlegm spitting, bad mouthing silicone sisters any day.

I say this because everybody always turns to a search engine when surfing for artwork and it's just not working. Well, it's working in that they supply you with huge list of artwork galleries, but absolutely none of the better, higher quality places show up in these lists. That's my first tip on surfing for thigh tattoo designs and leg tattoos: Don't use search engines. It's as simple as that.

My final tip is a fantastic one and it's one I use every single time I get an itch to find amazing artwork. Best Tattoo Removal Creams - Which Tattoo Fade Cream Really Works?

!±8± Best Tattoo Removal Creams - Which Tattoo Fade Cream Really Works?

The best tattoo removal cream is one is that is able to fade a tattoo without damaging the skin and without costing a fortune. Tattoo fade creams have become extremely popular in the last few years as more and more consumers are regretting their decision to get tattooed. As the number of those with tattoos rises, there is also a direct and proportional relationship of those that want to get rid of their unwanted tattoo: hence the rise of popularity of tattoo removal creams.

How to Choose the Best Tattoo Removal Creams

There are multiple variables one needs to consider before choosing the best tattoo removal cream. The first detail one should look for is the list of ingredients. This is because there are a few ingredients used in tattoo removal creams which have been deemed dangerous. For example, Hydroquinone has been linked to cancer and has been strictly banned in countries such as England, Japan, France, and Germany amongst many others. While the U.S. still allows the sale of products which contain Hydroquinone, it will surely be banned sooner rather than later. Thankfully, there are only a few products which rely on Hydroquinone as their primary ingredient.

Another ingredient to be aware of is TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid). While this ingredient has been shown to be able to fade tattoos, it is still quite dangerous which is why most skin care professionals are adamant that it is only used in the presence of a trained medical professional. If you are thinking about using a tattoo fade cream which relies on TCA, you may want to think twice. TCA works by burning off the top layers of skin until the inked layers of skin are revealed. While TCA based products do dilute their formulas, many consumers are in a hurry and end up scarring and damaging their skin. TCA is the most risky tattoo fade cream available for purchase.

The best products are those that avoid using either of these risky ingredients. While Hydroquinone can help bleach out the skin, there is a safer yet still effective alternative: Alpha Arbutin. This ingredient has been extensively studied and tested and has been shown to be both safe as well as effective. Thankfully, there are a few products that use Alpha Arbutin as their primary ingredient.

How Much You Should Expect To Pay For The Best Tattoo Removal Cream

Compared to laser treatments, using topical tattoo removers is one of the most cost effective removal options. This is because laser treatments can easily cost multiple thousands of dollars. Topical tattoo fading products on the other hand typically cost less than one hundred dollars for the initial supply. While you will probably need more than supply depending on the size of the tattoo, it is still far less expensive to use tattoo removal creams.

In the end, it will generally cost a few hundred dollars to get rid of a tattoo using a tattoo fade cream. For a review of the best way to get rid of an unwanted tattoo, please click on the resource link provided below.
